Safety information should only reach the people you explicitly choose.

Private by default

Account records, pending contacts, journeys and incidents are protected by owner-scoped access. Adding a phone number does not grant incident access.

Location on your terms

Location is collected only with permission when an alert is submitted. RedEagle does not continuously track you, collect medical information without separate consent, or give employers unrestricted location access.

Before public launch

You can download your own records in Settings. Optional medical notes require separate consent and are visible only to you; withdrawing consent removes them. The operator must approve retention and account deletion procedures, legal contacts and the full privacy notice. Proposed retention: journey location seven days after completion, incident location 30 days after closure, minimal incident metadata and audits 12 months. These settings are not yet operational.
